With a 28-year career in the Army and a lifelong background in sports and fitness, my passion has always been helping others become stronger — both physically and mentally. Since stepping on stage for my first bodybuilding competition in 2012, I have competed in 12 shows, including 4 national-level competitions, and continue to pursue the sport today.

For the past 15 years, I have helped individuals reach their fitness goals through customized training and nutrition plans. Over the last 2 years, I’ve expanded into online coaching, working with 500+ clients looking to lose weight, build muscle, prepare for competition.

Jerod Graff

I’ve spent nearly two decades in the production industry, but my real transformation happened. outside the factory walls. I was introduced to lifting at 16, but after moving to Georgia, I let my health slide until I was in the worst shape of my life. That doctors visit changed everything. I took back control, earned my training certification, and eventually stepped onto the bodybuilding stage. Today I’m obsessed with the ‘math’ of the human body — manipulating food and training to prove that we are never stuck in the shape we’re in. I’ve put that theory to test on stage, progressing from local and regional states to competing at the national level twice. For me, it’s about move then lifting it’s about the science of total transformation. I’m here to help you reach your goals as well.
